Registrations, Events & Payments

Registration for teams, camps, leagues, clinics, tryouts, and tournaments is subject to availability and approval. Registration fees are due at the time of registration unless otherwise stated. Certain fees may be non-refundable after rosters are assigned or events begin; specific refund policies are communicated at registration. Payments are processed through third-party providers, and billing information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Code of Conduct

Participants and families are expected to conduct themselves with respect toward coaches, staff, officials, teammates, opponents, and volunteers. Texas Prime Athletics reserves the right to suspend or remove participants whose conduct is detrimental to the program, mid-season or otherwise, in its sole discretion.
